Yeah you guessed it, I'm sick again
3rd time in two months... and nothing I do is seeming to help.
Cold & Flu tablets, lemsips, blowing my nose into next week...


Have you ever had a flu you just can't shake?
Have you had to go to work anyway (Like me) 'cos you are so short staffed?


Please tell me what the hell you did about it?!??!
(I know the doc is just going to tell me to go home and stay in bed (which isn't an option) and I will get better on my own, but this is kinda suckky)

I've been the same. Seems that just when I seem to get better I get sick again!

I've been off work the last 3 days. Fortunately my boss prefers it when sick people stay home and since I can work from home then I can still clear emails etc.

I'm not sure what you can do about your cold ... I have found that staying home is the best thing to do though because you need to stay indoors and keep warm. My office is freezing so I just can't get better when I'm at work.

Try this go to the pub and ask the bartender to mix together
2 nips Brandy
Ä dash of lime juice
A dash of cloves
and ginger
and you swallow, or
In a little jar with lid
Put in 4 large spoons of brown honey
6 cloves of garlic, skinned and sliced in half
2 lemons, of course just the juice
mix them all together and take a spoon full everyday.
Can you let me know if they work for you because they did for me.

Am back at work and just got a bit of a sore throat now.
