My name is Miirage I am 23 and live in the South Island. I spend a lot of time online. Usually at another kiwi site ratemypxt.com they have forums too I also spend a lot of time with my british buylldog pup. I like to travel, read, garden and do computer stuff.

as you can see Spelling(typing?!) isn't my strong point... I meant Hello.

Thanks for the welcome. I found the board from someone at www.ratemypxt.com/forum/ imnot sure where they found it only that it was another kiwi board. Im used to invision boards though so im having some trouble navigating round in here...
Which forums are the most popular? Is there a different layout??

Chit Chat would be by far the most popular, it's the general discussion forum.

Layout? Well..not for the Forum home page (http://www.nzboards.com/forums), but you can collapse the categories to hide forums...

Thread-wise, if you click the Thread Tools link at the top of the first post in a thread, you can change from linear mode to Threaded mode...that changes the Thread layout.

You can sort forum display listings by date or by reply count or other options, these are at the very bottom of each forum.

Regarding custom avatars, that is a Supporting Member priviledge.

You get points for posting, and for people posting in your threads, and you can win points by betting or if someone special donates them. You can use your points to bet in the betting zone, and to buy things from the "petz/store" list (change the colour of your user name, change your cutom title, change someone elses custom title) or if you are feeling generous donate your points to someone else.
