We have recently moved, we spent 8 years at our last property, the neighbours were great, but we had a lot of stress, right from the start due to a lawyers commiting fraud, (this we have the proof) and a bank continuing the fraud on and claiming land. Anyways there was 8 years of stress. Which led to me having a heartattack at 46 and my husband having a breakdown. Our 8 years of hell has nearly destroyed us. We shifted, as we had had enough of the property we were on and the continual stress, we shifted to another town, with 5 hectares of land, which was perfect as we had 20 goats and 35 chooks and some dogs. We decided to rent, and got permission to have all our animals which was great, and we were so excited. It was rural so what could go wrong. Well the neighbour from hell could. Remember we were under alot of stress and just looking forward to some peaceand tranquility. Within a couple of hours of getting to the property the lady was sneaking up and down the fence line hiding behind the fence with her phone and phoning people. We watched her doing this for two days. Meanwhile at 4 a.m. every morning her rooster woke us up. But we didn't care as hey this is the country you have to expect these things, new lambs etc. Well the next thing I know I get a call from the rental place saying she had rung dog control, the local radio station, spca, the owner, the rental place complaining that our dogs were barking. Now I am the lightest sleep in the world and I never heard them once, the odd bark once or twice during the day, them settling in. Meanwhile the rooster is still waking me, but this is the country. We havn't brought our chooks with us so far, or our 20 goats. Her Rooster and chooks run freely over the property we are renting. She is lucky if she is at the house 2 or 3 times a week. Dog control come out, our dogs make no noise and all they can hear is her rooster. She comes home is there 10 minutes and once again rings dog control, and the owner and the rental agency, and the owners wife admits she was on the property next door hiding behind the shed. She has once again been away for a week, got back yesterday morning for 10 minutes aparently my husband said he saw her outside again sneaking around and on the telephone. Next thing the owner rings again, she is complaining, and once again she has gone back to to other house. She has said her mother is very sick and dying in town. Then a week later she told us she had cancer and had two days to live. Today she has told us that her husband is sick in hospital and she had to get him off of the property and yet there has been no other person on the property. I could hear her yelling at my husband. I am proud of my dogs they have been so good, I hate barking dogs and would never put up with this. She is never there, the guy down the back has about 14 dogs and when they get going they bark alot, they even came over to our property chasing rabbits, he apologised I dont care, at least he had the decency to say it. Apparently she went into the rental place yesterday and said she was a victim, they had her removed as they have had enough of her. I dont know what to do, as if she phones dog control they have to follow up on every call and treat you as if you are guilty. Eight years at the other property and not one complaint. I feel so unwell. Who knows perhaps she is unwell, but this is killing me, and my family. We came here for peace to begin again and recover from the stress from our last property. This has become the shift from hell. Sorry to all, I just needed to get this off of my chest.
