Ordered Hell pizza last night...took about 30 minutes before the phone rang and we were told he couldn't find our street, but would be here in 15 minutes.
After waiting a long time, we called up and were told that wasn't us he was trying to find, our pizzas had been cooking at the time and were on the way.
Upon arrival it appeared that they had been used as some form of seating by the passenger in the car (the asian man's wife).
Grr @ squashed pizza.
Fortunately the dispatcher man was kind enough to send free vouchers....
*waits for vouchers*

well, I used to work in the service industry so now when I don't get top service I feel the need to complain. I used to have hotel GM's ask me to let them know if their service was good or bad because often something may happen (good or bad) and they're not told about it, I always made sure I'd give them feedback and they would appreciate it.
