Gotta love team building.

I've not been on the boards the last couple of days because one of my management teams had a two day offsite meeting - the first day was extremely tiresome and boring but the second day we only spent half the day doing strategy stuff and the other half out on the water racing the Pride of Auckland yachts.

Very cool. AND they had booze on board!

My crew lost both races but we had a ball anyway.

We then went out and had a lovely dinner at Kermadecs. The Orange Roughy was sublime.

It was fantastic being out on the water again.
