The gender thing must have been reset when the new boards started up so I think everyone started out as a Question Mark.

Your Karma isn't 4...your Karma POWER is 4...that means that with every click you either add 4 to the target's Karma, or take off 2 (cos negative reputation is calculated at half of your Karma Power).
