Attractions go both ways with genders, this common occurrence focused mainly on the male population, but shadowed by the female population in many of the same ways.

From time over time the placement of the female gender has always been below that of their counterpart, from the early days of being housewives to whores, up to current in competition for dormancy and the expectation of holding rain as the main contributing parent to pressure.

Over periods of time the male gender has relinquished more responsibility to the female gender, for the purpose of gaining business and environment giving leniency to output in favour of feminie approach.

Time and time again it has been said that the female population are more pressure tolerant than the male gender, that our female counterparts are equipped with the natural ability of multi-tasking in day to day business and home life.

To say the least males are and always will be the majority bread winners, their business ethics and standards are maintained for business dormancy, pressures are neither a main focus nor general burden for the mainstream business world, as we deliver on expectation constantly without drama.

Genders of a female calliper in comparison feel the need to express the fact of weighed pressure that is registered by the male gender with our most common quote ‘alright they do go on a bit’ generally agreed apone via the opposite.

Being weak to heavy workloads, it’s a natural instinctive approach for the female gender of vent their emotions through expression, to express their undesired approach in not being able to achieve tasks of physical and/or mental effort towards their male counterparts, in an effort to play the male gender into uplifting some of that portion of workload for them but with same pay.

Health of the female gender as we know suffers over time more than their male counterparts costing companies a considerable amount of time off, leave, excuse and emotional counselling, sometimes required by the male gender for being burdened.

Most commonly quoted ‘you try being a female’ stating in some-way that there is more of a burden apone them over males, that a female has internal suffering that must be acknowledged regularly and males don’t suffer or have physical, living or mental problems near as much in comparison.

This maybe reflecting back to the bread-winner section again in achieving on a world ratio; but rather history sitting back for the ride. This may be a gender malfunction through lack of time management in the process of day to day living.

Through desire comes lust a common occurrence with the female gender as much as the male gender, the need to be noticed, the need to be heard, the need to advance and hold onto.

Females have Boobs; mentally this fact becomes obvious with visual need to flaunt them for reasons of achieving their desired need. Its apparent to most, that females are under the impression their male counterparts like all boobs, this is not true!.

Not all people live life without standards and personal expectations of what they desire. That desire depending on expectation does not consist of big boobs unless attached to ‘slim figured Americans’; that generally these are attached to big females to a major portion.

This also goes for work periods, professionals don’t generally take much notice nor lean on decisions through flaunt, but are focused to tasks at hand; reserving response to personal time.

Females have needs said or not; they respond and react in reflection the same way as males do, but rather more lower keyed. With this attraction and weakness goes both-ways no matter of age, the desire to be young is always within the old, that desire to hold-on or still be accepted via generations far below them is a necessity for some.

Through fantasy to reality this is a fact of life, which through morals and maturity should be overcome. Generations grow, develop and change in direction altogether sometimes; as it is with Y generations and below have a different path to older generations.

Young generations from generation Y down are not suppressed in required maintaining social-society formal dress, not suppressed in expression, not suppressed in expressing desire or want and are not bashful like older generations in flesh. Adjust!
