arent those copyrighted VB images?

Given that I am a licensed vBulletin customer, that's irrelevant, I could use them. (And the answer is no, Jelsoft has nothing to do with those images).

One factor is that they obviously have spent some time getting all of their smileys together, and whole-sale ripping them off would be inconsiderate.

We will ask them if we can use their images before we take them.

I borrowed a ferret and a snail smiley from them.

If they have a problem with that then I'm happy to delete them.

I am a member of a number of emoticon admin sites and the majority of people don't mind that you use their images, as long as you don't hotlink to them.

i love the smilie because it looks just like my
