Topic: New Zealand Boards Site Update - Facebook and Auto-Signup

Hi all,

The upgrade to vBulletin 4.0.4 has been finished, NZB is now running the latest version of this Forum software.

The New Features are: Better Facebook integration and a number of bug fixes.

Because I didn't much care for the way the Like Button was integrated, I have kept the version that I coded.. so it might just break in places.

This update is designed to provide you all with a better NZB experience, and allow new people to sign up quickly, but if you have any issues, please let us know either via a thread in the Helpdesk, or on Facebook or Twitter.

Current Members - Linking your FB Account
If you want to use the new Facebook features (Like Button/Post to Facebook for Threads, Posts, etc..), click the button in the top of the page.
This will open a Facebook authentication window. Make your choices as to what you want to share, then Login to Facebook and grant it the necessary permissions.

You will be able to tell that the Link is successful if you see your FB avatar in a little box where that button used to be.
