Topic: [POLL] Nuclear Power Plants - Yay or Nay?

The recent events in Japan have ignited the debate over Nuclear Power across the globe, with people gathering to protest the building of new plants, and calling for existing ones to be decommissioned.

NZ has been 'Nuclear Free' since the 1980s, so it is highly unlikely that we would ever have one here. What are your thoughts on nuclear power? Would you live in a city near a reactor?

I wouldn't live near one ..but I support the idea of it. Isnt china the country that burns coal to produce electricity? Nuclear energy is great in the sense that its clean ..until it explodes
