Topic: New Zealand tips and recommendations?

My girlfriend and I will be traveling in New Zealand March 17 - April 12, 2010. We'd be very grateful to hear about any of your "must-sees", also good reasonably priced B&B"s, farmstays, restaurants, or anything else you think we shouldn't miss. We're thinking about renting a car but apprehensive about the driving. Have any of you traveled by the Magic Bus? Thanks.

Must see QUEENSTOWN is awesum!!! could spend a good week there easily! Some friends and I hired a motorhome which was great way to explore the beautiful south island handled the roads fine, I went in October thou.
