Default Hello all! Learning, and planning to move to NZ!

Im a young single white male here in the US. Only attachments i have is my little puppy dog and my house i have to sell.
I have no problem with up and moving based on only what i can learn with out actually visiting there. Im so sick of how America is being treated by its government. So sad. The only thing i can do is leave, and take my tax's with me. A drop in the bucket i know.

Anyways, i currently program robots. Automotive manufacturing and painting robots. It would be wonderful if there was jobs like that in NZ. But if not, i will find something else.
The beginning of my plan would be to go where the work is. Then see if i like that area and climate. And slowly move my way around one Island to the next.
Then make an educated decision on where to settle down.

Oh, i have one car, one atv, and one chihuahua to ship there. Is that difficult?

Here looks like a great site to learn alot. The conversion rate looks nice.... for now.
And the prices of common items is very similar to hear in U.S. except maybe slightly lower.

Its good info, but the question of wages matters just as much. What would be some of the lowest wage earning jobs, and wages?

Great info on Cell phones on that site also. I can rent a SIM card for my phone. And given the conversion rate today, would be $0.68USD for the first 20days.
No way in hell could you get that great price in the US. lol

Does NZ have an Automotive Manufacturing industry?

    Thanks for any help.
