Backup, Backup, BACKUP!

Having just spent the past 20 hours trying to recover websites from a massive failure, and only being able to find backups from 2007/2009 (more recent ones appear to be on the home PC's HDD that failed), all I can say is, backing stuff up regularly is very important.
