Topic: Rocky Road

Anyone know where I can get a good recipe?

Off the top of my head..

1kg Milk Chocolate
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 bits of jelly from some form of soft jelly
several marshmellows cut into chunks

Melt chocolate.

Beat chocolate a bit after cooling for a few minutes.

Pour chocolate over other stuff, artfully arranged in tin.

Allow to set, then devour in entirety. Then make more.

Oooh yum, sounds like just what I need....

I bought some marshmellows but they weren't very nice on their own or in hot chocolate so I needed some other way of using them up (I know toasted would be great but these ones have all wierd flavours)
