    Default Banana Choc-Chip Muffins

    I don't have the recipe for these so you'll have to wait for Kall to log on.

    I got home last night and Kall was in the kitchen doing some baking .... yup, banana choc-chip muffins.

    They are devine. I'm having one for morning tea.

    Man, they are really good.

    Kall's Banana Choc Chip Muffins

    3 Cups Standard Flour
    5 teaspoons Baking Powder
    1/4 Cup Sugar
    50g Butter
    3 Eggs
    1 1/2 Cups Milk
    1 Cup Choc Chips
    2 Bananas

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

    Sift flour and baking powder together. Mix in sugar. Mash bananas. Melt butter. Lightly beat eggs and milk. Stir bananas, butter and beaten egg/milk into dry ingredients. Stir in choc chips.

    3/4 fill greased muffin tins with batter.

    Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly touched.

    Yum Yum Yum.... next time can you put one in a courier bag for me?? I like muffins :P

    OR even better just put kall into a Courier bag and send him down.. he can bake me stuff then

    I think the chances of SParklechick allowing that to happen are about nil.
