PHP5 Sucked - NZB Moved to New Host

Yeah.. so PHP5 was a bit of a kick in the teeth for a lot of the NZB features.

I have moved NZB to Sparkle Hosting to go back to PHP4.

I'll upgrade PHP5 when I know all the little extras that make this place fun will work with it.
