St Andrew Completes Acquisition of Additional 14% Interest in New Zealand Based Explorer Glass Earth Limited (SYS-CON Media)

St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (TSX: SAS) ('St Andrew') wishes to announce that it has acquired from Patagonia Gold plc (PGD.L) a further approximate 14% interest in Glass Earth Limited (TSX VENTURE: GEL) ('Glass Earth') pursuant to a previously announced Purchase and Sale Agreement increasing St Andrew's interest in Glass Earth to approximately 48.3% on an undiluted basis.
