New Zealand Telecom objects to regulation (UPI)

WELLINGTON, New Zealand, May 1 (UPI) -- There is no need for the government to regulate fixed-to-mobile calls, New Zealand carrier Telecom said. "This is regulation for the sake of regulation," said Telecom General Manager of Government and Industry Relations Bruce Parkes.
