New Zealand Stocks Close Higher (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

New Zealand shares closed higher in thin trading Tuesday, following a slight recovery on Wall Street overnight. The benchmark NZSX-50 index rose 9.88 points, or 0.2 percent, to end at 3,318.93.
