New Zealand Budget Cash Surplus, Tax Receipts Miss Forecast (Bloomberg.com)

Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) -- New Zealand's budget cash surplus was NZ$183 million ($121 million) less than forecast in the seven months ended Jan. 31 after tax receipts were slightly less than expected and government spending increased.
