Discuss What your views on the gay marriage buzz? in the New Zealand Discussion forums; CHOICES is a big word but i think everyone is equal or am i talking----- what is wrong with homosexuality ...

CHOICES is a big word but i think everyone is equal or am i talking-----
what is wrong with homosexuality anyway and i am not gay however
i have alot of friends that are that way inclined and they are awesome
people.

I have nothing against gay people.. so don't get me wrong.. but marriage?.. as my Father use to say.. "It's Adam & Eve - NOT Adam & Steve".

If they want to get married then so be it.

Things change over time and acceptance of non-heterosexual relationships has to occur, we have to change our mindset that it's wrong .... like letting women vote (nobody back in the day thought that would ever happen).

We're a progressing people so let's progress.

I agree.. we need to progress.. but maybe it's just me.. I'd like Society to cling on to some decent old values where marriage is concerned... if we lose all our morals.. where would we be? in an "Anything Goes" Society.. what's next.. Anarchy?
