Default New Zealand Business

I am working on an International Marketing project for my college. We had to pick a country, which we chose New Zealand, and pick a product to try to import there (we chose Trek Bikes, the kind Lance Armstrong used to win the Tour de France). For the project, we have to tell everything about the country, including New Zealand's culture, how they do business, customs, etc. I was wondering if anyone can help me out

I don't do much importing, or exporting, but I am happy to help point you in the right direction, what's your deadline my friend?

The deadline for the 10-15 page paper is Thursday, March 30, 2006. I guess i'm interested in how consumers would respond and what kind of people they are-do a lot of them own bicycles? How do they respond to American companies bringing products in? If you need more information or this is too vague, I can email you the exact paper our professor gave us for the project. I really reall appreciate your help.
Thank you,
Kris
