hey there! As I said, my boyfriend is 18 years elder than me. I need everyone's opinion. I can tell no one about this including my friends and family.

We get along very well and we love each other.

Is age matters in a relationship?

My friends and family know I have a boyfriend. But I hide his age.
Anyways, he doesnt look like he is 38. he looks like he is 26.
So, his age can be hiden hehe.

you need to ask him to help you with your spelling and grammar, your main difference will be that he was educated before they dumbed down the system (no spell check in the olden days of the 60s and 70s!!)

What is there to judge?? Just as long as you both are happy & he treats you with respect, then I see no problem.

yea. we both are happy together, he treats me like a princess! and he is now working/planning so hard for our future already.

well, my friends and family, sigh.. biggest issue of all. they dont know how to think in other people's shoe i guess. sigh.. can you just imagine how hard is it when you're so in love with someone that your parents would probably ask you to leave him and find someone else better..?

my mom always tells me this. "girl, you're young, pretty and smart. what's good on him that you've choosen him? you can get someone better.." i'm speechlesssssss..

If it was me I wouldn't care what anyone else thought or said, as long as I was happy.

well, im affraid that their thought and opinion will makes me sad.. especially my parents.. sigh..

i don't really like to tell my mom about my everything. cause she isn't like some other moms, she's not open minded enough. and sometimes, she just talk without thinking of others feelings and i got hurt. i hate that..

Yeah, I get what you're saying. I felt like that about my Mum for a long time, too, but you need to remember - she's still your mum!
She loves you and cares about you and just wants you to be safe and happy.

true that. I have think a lot of both of us. this relationship is not going to work.
when we got together, I was a little childish. When he says we are going to get married after I graduated from Uni and so on..i was happy and excited.
but now, after thinking twice, I have my own life to carry on(my own future plan). I want to move to another country and live there, getting my Master after degree, etc. too young to get married.
what you guys think? =)
