I'm raising money for a trip to New Zealand with a Student ambassador program. I want to do a New Zealand themed meal. So I need to know what you guys eat for breakfast lunch, dinner, and desert that is different from what we eat in America, thanks for you help!

Eggwhites, whipped, then Castor Sugar added (I think you call it Confectioner's sugar), then more whipping till it is stiff.

Then, pour out onto a greased paper on a baking tray and cook at about 150F for 45 minutes.

... -ish. Not exactly.

(It's like a large Meringue with a soft inside..usually. Some don't have soft inside.)
