Red Cross says 269 killed, 160 injured in Nigerian oil blast

Hundreds of people were burned alive on Tuesday when fuel from a vandalised pipeline exploded in Nigeria's largest city, Lagos. The Red Cross puts the death toll at 269 with 160 injured.
