- Kia Ora, (Hello) my name is Ngatamaine Tauranga but you can call me Nga. I was born with Cerebral Palsy & I'm in a wheelchair. Cerebral Palsy doesn't means I'm brain injured it is the body physically that is injured. I'm a normal person and I'M NOT HANDICAPPED & I'M NOT DUMB!! I do understand extremely well. I can't type fast, PLEASE BE A PATIENT WITH ME!! I use my knee and it's extremely sssslllloooww. I get very frustrated because I can't talk & I have to use my alphabet chart & my computer to
