You can't order one from the nearest 24 hour kitchen utensils store?

Or hammer it open with something?

Do you like your new avatar?

I had a look at Snpp.com. Talk about way way way to much time on their hands.

It's pretty interesting.

Cans that require openers.

You guys are living in the stone age.

Can't you get ones with ring pulls or key strips?

Or use a flat screwdriver and some sort of hammer (like a thick book)... to try and cold-chisel it open.

Just make sure that you clean the screwdriver first.... there is a reason why spaghetti and grease isn't marketed by Watties.

You can get tins with a ringpull, but they are pretty small...the usual-size ones still need a can opener.

Stone age? Na, Kiwis have mastered the use of tools and do not need to cater for the lowest common denominator when designing packaging.

The majority of ring pull cans in this country are on Australian imported cat food... so what does that say about aussies... both their capability to use tools and their culinary selection?
