Discuss Why is it the things that cause you the most grief... in the General Discussion forums; I think its all aroudn the wrong way, but the things in life that make you pull your hair out, ...

Default Why is it the things that cause you the most grief...
I think its all aroudn the wrong way, but the things in life that make you pull your hair out, when you get them done and done well is like the best feeling in the world... it makes me love it and hate it all at once!

I'm guessing you are thinking of something specific here Penny.

Lately I've had a fair few things that have caused me grief, and none of them have been satisfying at all.

Yeah I am thinking about work stuff... I was just thinking that most things that make you want to pull out your hair, then when you finally work it out or get it done finally it feels so good.

Then I was thinking bout other things in life and thought when other things are over and done with they are satisfying as well. I spose thats only if it turns out your way.

...Reminds me of a chinese proverb that goes something like "You can never get the tiger cubs if you don't go into the tiger's den."...

...and there are times, when without you knowing it, you get yourself into the tiger's den... ...like when the new boss turns out to be a nazi dictator wannabe :o

There are few things that inspire us as much as Knowing that we REALLY CAN do it. You know...that when it counts we can bring it on. And when you overcome a tough situation, you are jazzed up, and feel great about yourself, even though you may think you are happy coz of the finished task. It's really you that you are awed by.

Ohh LIC, I know that feeling, the whole boss thing. Except it wasn't my choice, my job didn't change just my boss. Makes me want to go and crawl under a bridge and scream most of the time!
