| Ordered Hell pizza last night...took about 30 minutes before the phone rang and we were told he couldn't find our street, but would be here in 15 minutes. After waiting a long time, we called up and were told that wasn't us he was trying to find, our pizzas had been cooking at the time and were on the way. Upon arrival it appeared that they had been used as some form of seating by the passenger in the car (the asian man's wife). Grr @ squashed pizza. | Nooo, no vouchers here yet, gonna check the mail when I go up to put the $$$ in my bro's Aussie bank account....grr @ bank fees. Bank fees #0. Haha...when you were on the phone to the guy I was saying 'refund AND new pizzas!'..cos that's what I would have done in the situation...might have avoided it getting spread all over the internet. ![]() | ||||

| The guy was absolutely disgusted with the state that the pizzas arrived in, he was sooo apologetic. He asked me who the driver was and as soon as I said "Asian guy and I think his wife was sitting in the passenger seat" he knew exactly who I was talking about. I said that I thought she might have been sitting on them to keep her bottom warm! Hmmm, your vouchers should have arrived by now. I was always going to ask for a refund, I wanted to put my complaint in writing first though coz then the boss gets to see it. ![]() | ||||

well, I used to work in the service industry so now when I don't get top service I feel the need to complain. I used to have hotel GM's ask me to let them know if their service was good or bad because often something may happen (good or bad) and they're not told about it, I always made sure I'd give them feedback and they would appreciate it.But yeah, absolutely zero tolerance for bad service now. Sometimes I don't complain at the time (because I hate to think of what they're doing to my food when I do complain) so I save it and write a letter to them the next day. ![]() | ||||

| and further to this. Yesterday I received a cheque in the mail for the total amount that we had ordered, not just the one pizza that was wrecked ... AND received a voucher for one free double pizza .. expiry 01 March .. so we'd better use it soon! ![]() | ||||
