Default Well, glad to have that cleared up

Quote:
NEWSWEEK reports that George W. Bush, appearing before a right-to-life rally in Tampa, Florida on June 17, stated: "We must always remember that all human beings begin life as a feces. A feces is a living being in the eyes of God, who has endowed that feces with all of the rights and God-given blessings of any other human being." Bush repeated his error at least a dozen times, before realizing that he had used the word 'feces" when he meant to say "fetus."
For me, this would be an OMG moment. But maybe not for Shrub.

I had one of those "page-a-day" calendars of stupid things people have said, and I am sure that George Bush accounted for about 1/2 of the pages... and that was only from his election campaign and first part year in office!

How on earth do you mix up fetus and feeces... I mean if you are prepared for you speech and feel for the cause you wouldn't get them mixed up.

OMG... and this is supposedly the person that is "Commander in Chief" (sp?) of the US Military (lucky there are others behind actually pulling the strings).

How bigger bomb shelter should I build for when he gets Afghanistan and Australia mixed up and orders carpet bombing with nukes?

You may have more of a point than I would like to think of.

He was granted first strike capability by congress.

And now the Army is taking back retired, some times in their 60s old folks.

The army is running out of bullets. Actually running out of bullets.

Money has not been granted by Congress.

Benefits are not being granted . This includes hospital for the wounded. So you get a leg blown off in Iraq and they just patch you up and send you back to mom for rehab. But Halliburton has been caught trying to bill wounded soldiers for their missed meals in Iraq.

It is horrid. These guys give slime a bad name.

But how can he have ANY supporters? Darn if I know.

He does have some supporters ED, there were some statistics on the radio the other morning, I was 1/2 asleep so I didn't get them all, but there was something like 73% for some other fellow, then a few undecided then some supporters... nothing like before he was president though.

We have a new show on TV over here - Facelift.

It's a lot like the british Spitting Image from the 80s...has actors in prosthetic makeup though.

Anyway, the Bush person is often seen with his hands up the asses of 2 puppets, the PMs of England and Australia....Howard is a koala.

There are many facets to the question. So, lets take a look at the eco system.

We know, or at least are told by science, that automobile emission from the internal combustion engines is bad for the environment.

President Clinton signed laws making the manufacture of less poluting automobiles a requirement.

President Bush has eliminated those and all other controls on poluting autos.

President Clinton signed into law a requirement for Coal fired electrical generation to install polution controls.

President Bush reversed the law.

President Clinton increased the size of the national forrests. And restricted logging in those areas.

President Bush has opened 90 million acres of the national forrest to logging.

President Clinton established a national wildlife refuge in Alaska to protect the breeding and calving area of the Caribou.

President Bush has oipened it for oil exploration.

California has a no drill off the coast law. Bush has mentioned that he is considering a law to allow drilling. Last time we had an oil spill in Santa Barbara that killed all, ALL, the local wildlife.

Bush wants to restart nuclear weapons testing. Why?

These are some of the reasons I want him gone.

Absolutely fair enough.

The man doesn't seem interested in America's well being .... he's so high on his power trip that he probably isn't even aware of the damage he is doing.
