Default Water tight agreements

What can you do if you agree to something but the conditions are so tight that you just know you will trip up? Basically you're put in a no win situation damned if you do and damned if you don't.

And if this agreement is based on somebody elses actions - how can you control what they do or don't do???

I thnk the only thing you can do is to think about whether or not you want to agree to it first. If you have to agree to it try to negotiate the terms and conditions to suit you a bit better, and if is based on what someone else does ummm I spose all you have left to do it pray that it will all be OK!

I think I would be extremely wary of going into an agreement that is based on someone else's actions. As someone who has been burned by other people's actions I advise that you look at everything very carefully before committing yourself to anything.

Contracts and agreements are win win or problems occur.
