It works quite well if you want to reply to two people, you can just go quick reply & quote, and then do it, then quick reply & quote to the second person and its all done...

Okay, the soppiness, gooeyness and general grinnyness have continued.

And just as an aside, does anyone else think that it's pretty damn slack the the Heritage Hanmer Springs doesn't do room service breakfasts?

Do you really need breakfast when all the "soppiness, gooeyness and general grinnyness" is going on??

But yeah it would suck, that would mean having to *leave* the bedroom

Really? That's quite odd. Must admit though when I stayed there it was during a Sales Conference and we all ate in the restaurant anyway. All hotels should have room service though - I hope you wrote them a note saying how disappointed you were with that. My favourite hotel in Queenstown is the Novotel St Moritz Suites - I think they may have changed their name to something else now, but it has one of the best views of the area. Millennium is okay but you don't get a view and some of the rooms look into each other. Heritage Queenstown is really nice but is quite far out of town.

Have you been to Queenstown before? I thoroughly recommend doing the Queenstown Wine Trail. I used to host clients in Queenstown about 4 times year.

I've brought the wee card thing back with me so I will be sending it off saying that we were disappointed. They did a limited room service menu, but I would think that breakfast would be one of the more popular things they could do!

I think we'd like somewhere with a view, and the wine trail thing sounds great. I haven't been there since I was a kid, and somehow I think this may be a lot more fun.

Breakfast is one of the things I mostly order from the room service menu. Who can be arsed having to get dressed to go have brekkie when you could stay in your room and eat it in bed? Ridiculous. Definitely send your feedback form in. I used to work quite closely with the Heritage Hotels management staff and they like to hear feedback from anyone (good or bad).

Easily one of the best hotels in Queenstown. Make sure you ask for a lakeview room though!

Lance & Heather Benseman run this tour and Lance is absolutely brilliant - he knows all the winemakers really well so you get to test wines that aren't normally on the taste test ... you also get to lunch at Gibbston valley too which is absolutely yum.

Depending on how much time you've got you might want to take a trip out to Arrowtown coz it's really lovely out there and a trip on the Earnslaw out to Walter Peak station is a good one too.

I fall in love with Queenstown every time I go there.

At one stage I was going there almost every other week (for meetings, hosting events etc etc).

It is one of *the* most beautiful places in New Zealand.

I've just been there the once, I would like to go just as an independant person, cos last time I went was with the family.

I went Parasailing though, that was quite fun.

Thanks for the sites, our travel person has given me a brocure on that hotel as well so we're going to look into that. And the wine trail looks IDEAL (not that I'm a lush or anything )

Yup, nothing nicer than sitting in the spa on the balcony looking over Lake Wakitipu, glass of bubbly in hand. Shame I was there on my own though.
