Unhappy Should people be banned?
Should people who get pets then neglect or abandon them be banned from ever owning or purchasing a pet again?

The SPCA and "adoption" centres are full of unloved and taunted pets. Should we as a society find a way to MARK the people who do not deserve the Privilege of pet ownership??

all those poor little and that are left to starve to death and live an existence of misery.... my Heart bleeds for them

Be they CYBER OR REAL!!!!

Passes an of Neglect To the person who put all the poor wee animals up for adoption on NZB

*puts up hand* I'm a bad pet owner.... I put mine up for adoption, it wouldn't win a fight or anything, and I gave up on it! If I didn't do that I would have let it stave....

The first step is admitting it....
