Hell.

If it were 2011, then i would have your answer...and it would be 'a palindromic number!'

Sadly, it isn't...and I have a txt document open with matricies (good luck finding someone else here who got clue #2) and stuff and it's all confusing.

9 is a square of 3, which is int here a few times...

*thinks out loud*

Oh you're so close but still not quite there.

You've nailed clue #2 but have not factored in clue #3.

Could we have a less geeky riddle please?

My brain is starting to hurt and it's the last day at work for me and it's not nice to have to use my brain too much.

Clue #3a: There has been no spoon since midnight on the first of January in the year nineteen seventy.
Got it.

Very nice, but going the other way gives 1234566660.

It shouldn't

I've gone both ways, if you'll pardon the expression, and they give the same answers.

That's 23:11:00

What conversion tool are you using?

NM, you're right. I must have done something amiss.

Or...I could have set a vBookie event with that date and time and checked the db for the datestamp...but given that vbookie plays havoc with daylight savings, it might have been wrong anyway.

Yeah, that was rather blatant.

The spoon clue was supposed to make you thing matrix.
If you'd have run through the character list you'd have come to "Apoc" (terrible sound alike) but of course you know where that was heading now.

The Unix Epoch is midnight on the first of January 1970.

A Unix timestamp is a date/time given as a value of the number of seconds that have elapsed since this time.
