It would be good to track down some of the old controversial NZDers that have been banned, but it's a matter of tracking them down.

Your right about the members thing... kall has tried to run a few competitions to get people to refer people... and I slack off and don't, mainly becuase I don't know anyone who I would want to be around here.

It seems to go through stages where it will be quite busy, then it will drop off then someone will come in and it will take off again, its quite funny to see it happening.

Bascially people need to come and post, even if it is just one post here and there it all helps! So LURKERS come on and post... we are very nice really....

SEO-wise, I have just (like 3 days ago) applied a hack that changes the URIs (yes, URi, not URL...but we can call them URLs I guess) to reflect the names of the forums they are going to, which should help matters.

The easiest way to refer someone whose email addy you have is to use the Refer-A-Friend link at the bottom of every page.
