I don't. Nothing worse than getting to the end of the year and realising you've done absolutely squat toward your new year resolution.

I don't believe in making them either, at least not on a certain day in the year. If you want to do something I say go for it right away, take action now!

Sometimes I make them, and at the same time my brain is going "well you think they are stupid so it deosn't really matter" and so I never really decide if I have made them or not, and then I forget what they are about a week after so I don't even know why I bother.
