Over here there is a new craze. It is sickening and very twisted. The teens are using their mobile phones to film other teens fighting it is brutal and out of control. A few have lost their lives and some have recieved brain damage where others have lost teeth eyes. What i think is the most sick of all is these teens are then posting these images on the net for the whole world to see and getting other teens to rate their film. What happened to the good old fashioned brawl in the school yard. All sites showing these images should be taken to court and all the teens involved should get a prison sentance.

This has been going on for a couple of years in San Francisco middle and high schools.

At the local middle school, where my youngest grandson goes. It is a real problem.

At the high school where my granddaughter goes, a fight happened the first week of school and the participants are gone. Out of there.

One kid got stabbed trying to break it up. Do not know if race was involved, maybe.

But it certainly was being sent to the internet.

What happened to the good old days?!?! And i'm only 27!!

The teachers need more support for dealing with these sorts of issues! (Security, training, etc)

There is no organization that is doing this. Two teens begin to shove each other. A third will yell that there is a fight and someone will want it delayed until more can watch. The shout goes out and when it happens, many watch.

One thing the schools are trying is to keep the cell phones out of view during school hours. But that is temporary only.
