| Waiting for somebody's two minute noodles to heat up in the microwave so I could reheat my cup of tea. Should have just made another one really. Yesterday I cooked some rice for lunch ... 1.5 minutes it took ... I thought it was taking forever. Waiting for the bus this morning ... waited 10 minutes ... it felt like I'd been standing there for a couple of hours. Do you find that time slows down wickedly when you're waiting for something? I can be sitting at my desk working on something and an hour goes by without my realising it ... but I get all antsy and annoyed by waiting 1.5 minutes for the microwave! Am I just crazy? | ||||

| Nope, I get that all the time. It'll be crawling along, slow as anything... it'll be one pm and I'll go hide out in my office doing some paperwork - and before I know it it's 3.50 pm and almost home-time. I hate waiting too, but for me its more wasting time that I hate... like the hour and a half of my life lost every time I take a bus home... ...or the wait for 20 minutes in a queue... ...or on the phone.....aaargh!!! | ||||
