Hmmmmm ... I haven't had a chance to have a decent look at this yet, but I did notice it on the Forum home page. Is it just a dating site or is a dating AND FRIENDSHIP site?

Has anyone else had a look-see?

Kall ... has the site that Kallisti dating links to been around in NZ for a while?

I think that it is either, but more heavily weighted to the Dating sphere.

People who are not single (have what the site calls 'a significant other') aren't allowed to register any more.

It is part of a worldwide collection of Personal sites with a shared database, so a user of Kallisti Dating is automatically searchable by members from all around the world...real people.

After doing a bit of a browse, I found lots and lots of members from New Zealand on there.

Free accounts can be mailed by, and reply to Premium Members, but cannot initiate contact...that requires a Paid/Premium Membership.

Not that I would want to register for such a site anyway because I have a "significant other" ....
