| The two californians probably just thought they could get away with it. And both registration companies should go after them for malicious intent. It definitely was clear what both guys intended to do at the outset. What happened to this? Did they already give a ruling? | ||||

| I think it was tossed out. No way could they win. One it was not their invention. Two the patent would not stand a challenge for the above reason. | ||||
