As far as I am aware you are a reasonable person.

I suggest you take some time out to chill out. The path you are following will only result in your banning on NZDating, if thats what you want, how about removing your account yourself rather than trying to make us out as the bad guys.

I'm not suggesting you are responsible for others actions, however I'm sure they know who they are and are now aware of the issue.

If you are suggesting that you have not directly used NZDating to invite people to join your website then I think we both know this is probably not the entire truth.

We have no problem with you running a website and wish you the best of luck, however you may not use NZDating to advertise it. This is not 'picking' on you or your site, this is a rule that exists for all members.

What happens from here is entirely up to you, hopefully you will see that there is no point in being silly about this and you will continue to enjoy NZDating in addition to your hobby/site.

In regards to your earlier complaint, we did act on it.
