Now that came to mind a reading I had done a couple of months back by some guy "another site".

Well, all is not well at Portofino . . .

Promised a fulltime job @ 30hrs/week, which I just got in the first week, but 16 hrs the second week??? The Manager/maitre d' is a useless lazy tart, and kept chopping my hours.

Last night I helped unload a truckload of wines and foodstuffs, and the only managerail person on was the useless arrogant italian prick of a co-proprietor. Do you think he thanked me? Not bloody likely!

"Useless tart" had knocked off at 6.30 with illness, so I was the only one who knew how to use the coffee machine. She guards her meagre responsibilities so jealously that she wouldn't dream of teaching anyone else to use it

I was standing at the bar the other night, with a corkscrew in my hand, and no immediate jobs to do. A customer's bottle of wine stood unopened in front of me, so I asked if she'd like me to open it for them.
"No, I'll do that" she says.
Well 5 minutes later it's still standing unopened . . .

Time to look for a new job, methinks. Also time to tell anyone within earshot that Portofino of Taupo is not a good choice of eateries . . .
