Default Drugs/Weightwatchers/Atkins Diet

Righto

Finally the Dr has diagnosed my back problem and I have to see a physio and later a back specialist for steriod injections in the spine. But I have to have a rehab plan involving excercise and diet.

Physio is helping with the exercise program and the Dr has said he can help with Xenical/Tenuate, both cost about $25 a week + Drs visit.

Or I can look at weight watchers or the aitkens diet, Im swaying towards weight watchers at $17 a week.

Has anyone tried or know of anyone that has tried any of these plans/drugs and have they worked?

Default Re: Drugs/Weightwatchers/Atkins Diet

I know a lot of people who are on Weightwatchers and say that it is really good. It's more about educating people to eat right, rather than putting them on a strict regime of one particular food group that is too easy to fall off from.

My Uncle is on Atkins. It worked extremely well for him as he was obese but I wouldn't recommend it to most people. He has to take a huge amount of supplements to make up for all the foods that he isn't eating.
