That is just insane....

And of course if people were living under the harbour bridge they would complain about the noise and the City Council noise nazis would force the traffic to go elsewhere after a certain time.

Just another no brainer in this city.... like the appartments next to the nightclubs. Last week they complained to the council about the noise and the council closed the nightclub down for the rest of the night.
DUH.... if you moved next to an airport you would expect noise... right? But since it was your choice to move there then you shouldn't be able to complain.
However, if someone decided to build something noisy next to an extablished appartment building etc then the original land user should set the noise level and have the power of the authorities enforce it.

Doesn't the bridge sway a lot? It would be like living in a rollercoaster.
