| I really didn't need this today after the weekend I just had! We have these every quarter and they determine how much of our bonus entilment we get for this quarter. I might not have meet a few of my objectives... all due to things out of my control... it is so annoying... *considers mentioning reaching 1000 posts on NZB as a milestone to add to it* ![]() Thats life it happens! | ||||

| Oh yay... well it turned out OK. I get 8.1 out of a possible 10... which means I get my bonus. Thank goodness for doing the one that had the most weighting *really* well! | ||||

Sorry Ed what was that?? Awww Troggle that is true! I just had memories of my last review in my head. But I think my new boss was trying to prove he was boss to me, becuase last time on all of my objectives that were worth any decent percentage, I scored really high, and then he got to business as usual its wirht only 10% for that quarter and he went on and on and on about wanting specific examples of where I had excelled in this area, and he drove me barmy, becuae I had done well, and I didn't really care by then what I got, I just turned around at the end and told him just to give me whatever score he felt I had earnt for it, and said lets get on with the rest of this. I think it sucks what your company are doing to you. They should atleast offer you a bit more with it. You would have thought they would have just to make you feel a bit better about the whole thing anyway. | ||||

| Something like that yeah. Also an easier way of getting rid of people who aren't performing or who they just want to see leave (whether it be because of bad attitude, whatever). It's awful to know that some of these people are going to lose their jobs and yet you can't tell them ... | ||||
