| The grandkids signed on the library summer reading program. They read a lot. Much more than minimum. So they got a prize. Then a couple of weeks ago, a letter to come in for another prize. Among howls of, "I am on the video game" and "No, I want to sleep" I drug them to the library. Hugh box of prizes, select one each. So Briall digs and finds 2 tickets to the San Francisco Giants game. Takes one and talks Mo into taking the other. She wants to go. I suspect Mo is just "playing for a deal". We get home and then the negotiations begin. Mo gets lunch downtown and a day at the Zeum (a really hot kids hands on museum). Briall gets me, a bleacher seat (450 feet from home plate), seagulls using us as a target range and 1200 screaming fans whose one goal seemed to be deafness at an early age. The Giants lost to the Houston Astros. We got home at 11:15 on a school night. Yee Gads!!! $5.50 for an icecream cone! Cotton candy $5.00! All in all a great time. | ||||

| Nite I reckon at a rugby game or something yu'd pay allot more than that... all our stuff pretty much doubles in price once you enter something like a rugby game where you are a "captive audience" so to speak. | ||||
