My entire body hurts.

Did team building on Wednesday and kayaked from Gulf Harbour marina around to Shakespeare Bay. The wind picked up so we were kayaking straight into it and the waves were rather large. It was good fun though. THEN we did more team building at the beach ... lots of running around etc etc etc ... THEN we went tin bin bowling ....

I can now no longer raise my arms above my head.

It feels like I turned a lot more than just one year older today!

Last time I went kayaking, it was through the mangroves up at Taipa.

I had fallen out a few times and had gotten rather annoyed with the whole thing, so I tipped myself out, asked some others to tow my kayak back, and swam across the lagoon-thing to the grassy hill up to the road.

...the grassy hil up to the road with the electric fence at the top.

Having hair full of salt water coming into contact with the bottom wire of an electric fence equals electric shock to the brain and unconsciousness.

*completes curling into ball*
