We have a tv series called bay cafe. One of the shows had mushrooms.

He has one where a pork loin is cooked for 24 hours at about 200 degrees f or less. Then the meat just falls off for sandwiches.

There is somewhere in my db a french resturant that have sent me some recipes from their cooking school.

Simple stuff. Easy seasoning. And the result is suprisingly wonderful. I will post when I find it.

Mushrooms are quite versatile...we have bought the large flat ones int he past and chucked them onto the bbq with some cheese and garlic and herbs..

I wanted to add a recipe link but when I got to the site I wanted to visit and began to surf, I ended up in the backroom. So I will add one after they have closed the hole. I dropped them a note. Don't think they want visitors to edit/delete the recipes.

They have a great pasta salad with mozarella, capers, olive oil, sundried tomatoes. Wow. Nice addition to something from the bbq.
