I get that too. Spend the whole morning sitting in one position, then I get up and make a snap decision that it would be a very good idea to be sitting back down againbefore gravity and lack of blood to the brain make the point moot.

On the subject of drugs: if you ever have to scare your kids away from them, make them watch Requiem for a Dream. Might also scare them into hating the rest of humanity, but you might as well be firmly on one side of the fence and not the other.
