I just thought I would post this here as well as flat hunt. Two of our flatmates are going home this month. So we will have 2 empty rooms. The house is on Kilmore Street a 10 minute walk from city centre. there is parking on the street. the dairy is next door and the supermarket is close. It is the cleanest student house you will likely see in town. It has a lovely front garden and a private courtyard in back. The house is fully furnished decorated etc. The two rooms: one is small with a single bed ($90pw) and a bigger one with double bed at ($100pw) Expenses are power ( Depends on usage split 5 ways) and phone ( $7 a month) We have five bedrooms three upstairs and two downstairs. Cooking is on an individual basis but everyone has there own cupboard for food and space in fridge. We all put in money to buy dish liquid etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and each room has abed, desk, chair, lamp, mirror, wardrobe and drawers. We are all girls between 18 and 24. We are all friendly from a wide variety of backgrounds and tidy. There is also my puppy a very silly and sweet British Bulldog. We are flexible about pets and many other things. You can have internet and I have sky installed in my room so if anyone wanted to get a second decoder they can save on sky prices.
